About Auréa

Hi, my name is Gyöngy and as a mom, I’ve experienced firsthand the delicate balance of caring for a family while pursuing personal goals and maintaining health. Life became especially challenging when my child was diagnosed with health problems. This was the turning point that shifted how I approached wellness, not only for my family but in every aspect of our lives. I realized that what we eat, wear, and surround ourselves with has a profound effect on our health, energy, and overall well-being.
 

Auréa was born out of this journey: a search for natural, sustainable solutions that could support a busy life while promoting wellness for the whole family. Over time, I embraced a more intentional way of living, focusing on high-vibration practices like holistic self-care, mindfulness, and choosing fabrics that resonate with our body’s natural energy.
 

At Auréa, my mission is to share these mindful discoveries with others. I believe in the power of small, conscious choices, whether it’s wearing natural, high-frequency fabrics that uplift your energy, creating allergy-free environments for your family, or enjoying nourishing meals that support your well-being.
