Every little swap matters. Think about it, if you switch from conventional body wash to an organic soap bar and shower every day from age 30 to 80, that’s over 18,000 washes with less toxin exposure. That’s not just skincare:it’s prevention, healing, and vibrational alignment.
Here’s are the 6 organic bodycare products I use daily. These small, intentional choices support not just my skin but my overall energy and well-being.
1. Organic Soaps for Hair & Body
I love using handcrafted soaps, like this one infused with wild herbs. A favorite brand of mine is Lyneline, a family-owned Swiss brand offering everything from dental care and shampoo to body soap and deodorant. Their products are organic, gentle on skin, and thoughtfully made.
2. High-Frequency Body Oil – Fibonacci Rose Oil
This oil from Frequency Skincare is truly unique. It’s created using sacred geometry and activated through sound frequencies. Rose is the highest vibrational plant, and this oil nourishes both the body and the biofield. Luxurious, healing, and high-frequency.
Optionally you can make your own Rose Body Oil (200ml):
195 ml high-quality organic carrier oil (jojoba, almond, or grapeseed)
5 ml organic rose essential oil
Just mix and store in a brown glass bottle. It’s light, absorbs well, and leaves the skin soft and energetically uplifted.
3. Organic Rose Face Tonic
My favorite toner is from Cosmetic Anima, hand-blended by my cosmetician Karin using roses she grows in her Ticino garden. It’s calming, clarifying, and made with pure intention.
Optionally you can make your own Rose Tonic Water
If you’d like to make your own rose water, here’s how:
1 cup (250 ml) distilled water
1 cup organic rose petals
Add both to a pot with a ceramic bowl in the middle. Cover with a lid upside down, place ice cubes on top, and let it simmer on low for 30 minutes. The steam condenses and collects in the bowl in the middle. Cool, strain, and store in the fridge for 7–10 days.
4. Organic Rose Oil Blend for Face
Another favorite from Cosmetic Anima, this facial oil acts like a serum. It absorbs instantly, firms the skin, and leaves a radiant finish. I use it morning and night instead if a cream.
5.Natural Deodorant – Ben & Anna Pink Grapefruit
This aluminum-free deodorant is rated 86/100 for safety. It’s made with organic ingredients, palm oil–free, and keeps you fresh naturally. A simple, effective switch for everyday use.
Optionally you can make your own natural deodorant (200ml):
• 4 tbsp coconut oil
• 4 tbsp shea butter
• 4 tbsp baking soda
• 4 tbsp cornstarch
• 20 drops essential oils (like lavender + wild orange)
Melt, mix, pour into a jar or roll-on tube, and store in a cool place.
Or try organic deodorant from Lyneline. This balm from lyneline.ch (https://www.lyneline.ch/) is made with only four clean ingredients. It’s gentle on sensitive skin and offers hours of freshness, packaged sustainably in a small recyclable pot.
6. Organic Essential Oil Parfum (Roll-On)
I love making my own roll-on parfum with essential oils. It’s clean, long-lasting, and uniquely yours.
DIY Roll-On Perfume (10ml):
• 10 ml glass roll-on bottle
• 8 ml organic carrier oil (like jojoba)
• 10–15 drops essential oils of choice
Pre-made Parfum Option: Vallée des Sens
If you prefer to buy one ready to use, try Altitude Love from Vallée des Sens. Made in Switzerland, it’s organic and 100% natural, with beautiful grounding and uplifting notes.
These swaps are part of my daily routine, not only for clean beauty but for high-frequency living. Each one replaces synthetic chemicals with something alive, gentle, and energetically aligned.
Stay tuned, I’ll be sharing more swaps and high-frequency tips soon.
