I’m not afraid to admit it: it took me four years to fully transition my wardrobe to natural fibers.
Clothes, lingerie, gym sets, swimwear, socks, sleepwear, home textiles...
I changed everything, piece by piece.
Not because I wanted to be perfect. But because I started to feel the difference in my body, my mood, and my sleep the more I wore clothes that breathe, resonate, and don’t stress my skin or nervous system.
And yet, I want to say this gently: You don’t need to change everything at once. This is a journey and you can start with one small, conscious choice.
To make things easier, I’ve created a personal list of brands I trust and wear. These are my favorite shortcuts so you don’t have to do all the research I did.
