I’m not afraid to admit it: it took me four years to fully transition my wardrobe to natural fibers.

Clothes, lingerie, gym sets, swimwear, socks, sleepwear, home textiles...

I changed everything, piece by piece.

Not because I wanted to be perfect. But because I started to feel the difference in my body, my mood, and my sleep the more I wore clothes that breathe, resonate, and don’t stress my skin or nervous system.

And yet, I want to say this gently: You don’t need to change everything at once. This is a journey and you can start with one small, conscious choice.

To make things easier, I’ve created a personal list of brands I trust and wear. These are my favorite shortcuts so you don’t have to do all the research I did.

Final Thoughts

You don’t have to be perfect. Just intentional.

Even switching your underwear, pyjamas, or workout bra can bring a huge energetic shift.

So if you’re ready to begin, save or screenshot this list. Use it next time you’re shopping or feeling tempted by fast fashion.

Because every time you choose natural over plastic, your skin, body, and frequency say thank you.
